Delete your account
How to request deletion
- If you are signed in, you can request deletion, and withdraw the request, in KIND WORK under Settings > Delete account. If you cannot sign in, ask us by email at the address below.
- From the email address you sign in with, write to the address below with the subject “KIND WORK account deletion request”. Adding the name of your company helps us confirm it faster.
- Kind Doctor Inc. deletes the account after confirming it is yours. We act within 10 days of receiving the request and tell you the result by email.
Information that is deleted
- Personal information that identifies the account, such as name, contact details and profile photo — replaced with values that cannot be restored.
- Sign-in email and social sign-in connections — removed, so the same method can no longer sign in.
Information kept after deletion
The records below either keep no personally identifying information after the account is deleted, or are payment and audit records that the law requires us to keep for a set period.
